Kansas City has opened up its 2013 season with a pair of victories, including a 17-16 win over the Dallas Cowboys as three-point home favorites Sunday, while going UNDER the betting total for a second consecutive contest. Wide receiver DeSean Jackson is enjoying a bounce-back campaign—catching 16 passes for 297 yards. Philadelphia is 6-13 ATS as a favorite since 2011, with no clear edge in terms of the betting total (9-9-1 Over/Under).
The Eagles have been pretty good defensively inside the red zone—forcing a couple turnovers in that area a week ago.
