The 4-3 Washington Redskins and 3-4 Cincinnati Bengals meet Sunday in London. The Redskins are tied for third and last with the New York Giants in the NFC East. The Bengals are tied with the Ravens for second in the AFC, but both teams are only a game behind the Pittsburgh Steelers. This is the first time that two division winners from the previous season are meeting in one of the NFL’s international games.
