Eastern Michigan hits the road for the third consecutive week, as it looks to bounce back from a 17-3 setback to Old Dominion as 20.5-point underdogs, while losing the statistical battle in its first three contests of the 2014 campaign. Eagles head coach Chris Creighton has stated that senior quarterback Rob Bolden will get the start in this matchup, which is important to consider when making your Week 4 college football picks, as he’s the third such player to start under center.
