Mississippi State has played more games against Mississippi than any other opponent, as the team looks to win its sixth-straight game in this series. The Rebels are hoping that senior guard Dee Bost will regain his shooting touch Wednesday night, as he was 7-of-37 (18.9 percent) in the previous seven games before Saturday’s 56-52 win over the Alabama Crimson Tide as 1.5-point home underdogs. He scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in Mississippi’s 71-63 win over Arkansas as two-point home favorites two games back. There’s no question that the squad loves playing inside Tad Smith Coliseum, coming in as one of just three SEC teams with an undefeated home record—joining Florida and Kentucky in that group.
