The 18-3 Duke Blue Devils are one of the top teams in the country and yet they are in sixth place in the ACC at 5-3. Duke hosts the 10-11 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Wednesday night. The Yellow Jackets are tied for last with Virginia Tech at 1-8.

Duke leads the series against Georgia Tech 68-23 including 33-5 in Durham. The Blue Devils have won 11 of the last 12 against the Yellow Jackets including 7 straight. Duke could overlook this game because three games against conference leaders Virginia and Notre Dame are sandwiched around it. Still Duke is clearly the better team. Duke wins but Georgia Tech stays within the big number. Seven of Georgia Tech’s eight conference losses have been decided by 7 points or less.
