Southern Miss snapped an 11-game home losing streak in its victory against Alcorn State in Week 2, while it has played six true freshmen and eight redshirt freshmen through the first two contests. The Golden Eagles will need to cause the Crimson Tide to make some mistakes in order to cover this number on the college football odds page, but they’ve managed to force multiple turnovers in their last three games dating back to last season.
