Nebraska
The Cornhuskers are 12-14 and 4-11 in Big 10 play. They rank near the bottom of most major statistical categories and have lost five of their last six games. They beat then #13 ranked Indiana by one point on January 18th, though, showing they have the potential to play with ranked opponents after losing all four previous match ups to ranked opponents.

With victories over then #3 Ohio State and then #17 Wisconsin, the Spartans are gaining momentum coming into March Madness. They face #24 ranked Indiana in a few days and wrap up the season against #9 ranked Ohio State.
Draymond Green is still the guy talked about on the Spartans squad. He’s expected to go in the late first round in this year’s NBA Draft. He’s putting up 15.5 points per game and grabbing 10.3 boards per night. Green has 15 double doubles this season, and put up 17 in the win over Minnesota on Wednesday night. Keith Appling and Brandon Wood each chipped in 13 points as well.
Appling, a 6’1″ sophomore guard, has put up the second most points on the team with 12.0 per game. He’s scored in double figures in four of the last five Michigan State games, with a poor outing against Purdue serving as the exception, a game in which Appling attempted only 5 shots and made only 2.
