The OVC tournament championship begins play tonight with all eight teams seeing first round action. 8 Seed Tennessee State visits 1 Seed Austin Peay
5 Seed Samford visits 4 Seed Murray State
7 Seed Morehead State visits 2 Seed Eastern Kentucky
6 Seed SE Missouri State visits 3 Seed Tennessee Tech

Austin Peay -10.5 over Tenn State
Murray State State -5.5 over Samford
Eastern Kentucky -8 over Morehead State
Tennessee Tech -11 over SE Missouri State
The first round of the tournament will be played at the higher seeded campus sites, a big advantage to the higher seeded schools. Of these first round matchups all four of the top seeds figure to advance with Samford the only real underdog hopeful with a decent chance to advance. After today’s games the tournament will switch venues to the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville Tennessee starting on Friday.
